Guests passes are not available for suites. If you'd like to accommodate additional guests, Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets may be available for purchase, subject to availability. All guests must have a suite ticket to enter the suite.
Premium suites come with an inclusive food package and non-alcoholic beverages. If you’d like to order additional catering or alcoholic beverages, please refer to your purchase confirmation email for the appropriate catering contact information.
World Series Suites include a food and beverage credit, which will be applied to your final catering bill. After your suite purchase, a member of our catering team will contact you to review menu options and assist with planning.

Yes! Suite guests will have access to designated Suite/Club Entrances around the ballpark, providing elevator access to the Suite and Club Levels. Upon arrival to the suite, additional assistance may be requested to remove furniture and outdoor seating, as needed.

Suites and group hospitality spaces will open when stadium gates open. In the event of a game delay, catering will proceed as scheduled and associated charges will still apply. Tickets are valid only for the original game date and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Suites and group hospitality spaces open when the stadium gates open. If the game is canceled after gates have opened, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled. A Pirates representative will contact you to reschedule your game tickets. Please note that inclusive food and beverage packages will not be provided for the rescheduled date.
If the game is canceled before gates open, a Pirates representative will reach out to reschedule your game and event. Tickets and inclusive food and beverage packages will carry over to the new date, and any additional catering will not be charged until the rescheduled event takes place.
Pirates Premium Suite rentals include a food and non-alcoholic beverage package for your group. If you would like to enhance the package, additional F&B, including alcoholic beverages, may be purchased through Aramark. Once your suite is purchased, we will connect you directly to the proper catering contact. All catering orders must be submitted three (3) business days prior to the game date.
Pirates World Series Suites include a food and beverage credit that will be applied to your final catering bill. Please note that food and beverages are not fully included with a World Series Suite reservation.
Outside food & beverage is not permitted at PNC Park. If looking for specific items or smaller portions, guests are welcome to purchase food & drinks individually from general concessions located throughout the ballpark and bring these items into the suite.

PNC Park offers complimentary admission to children under the age of two (2) years old. However, we do request that these children sit in their parent or guardian's lap and not occupy an additional seat.
Each Guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark (purses, fanny packs, backpacks, etc.) provided that the bag is soft-sided and 16” x 16” x 8” or smaller. Bags exceeding these dimensions will not be permitted inside the ballpark. All bags are subject to search.

Guests are welcome to bring table decorations and favors for their suite or hospitality space. However, attaching signs, streamers, or any decorations to walls or furniture using adhesives or materials that could damage the suite is not allowed. Please note that balloons are prohibited inside PNC Park.
If you plan to bring décor or gifts into the ballpark, please notify [email protected] in advance, as special arrangements may be required. Most decorations and gifts will not be permitted at the gates without prior approval.
Pirates suites will include gameday parking passes, for a nearby parking garage. Please have your digital parking passes readily available, when entering the garage.
Premium Suites: Suite guests may access the Suite Level, via elevator, using the specially marked Suite/Club entrances located on General Robinson Street or Mazeroski Way. Alternatively, guests may use the Allegheny Health Network Left Field Gate (near the Stargell Statue) or Home Plate Gate (near the Wagner Statue).
World Series Suites: Suite guests may access the World Series Suites, via elevator, using the specially marked Suite/Club entrances located on General Robinson Street or Mazeroski Way. Alternatively, guests may use the Allegheny Health Network Left Field Gate (near the Stargell Statue) or the Edgar Snyder Home Plate Gate (near the Wagner Statue).
Left Field Lounge: Enter through the Left Field/Willie Stargell Gate and proceed through the double doors just inside the gate to access the Left Field Lounge lobby. Let the Pirates attendant know you're heading to the Left Field Lounge. After taking the elevator up, turn left to enter the space.
Rooftop: Enter through the Left Field/Willie Stargell Gate and proceed to the entrance of the Left Field Lounge. Let the Pirates attendant know you're heading to the Rooftop. Take the elevator up, then turn right—you’ll step directly onto the Rooftop.
Porch: Enter through the Center Field Gate near the Roberto Clemente Statue. Turn right and walk beneath the bleachers until you reach Section 238. Head up the side of Section 238—this will lead you directly to the Porch.
For guests requiring ADA assistance, please enter through the AHN Left Field/Willie Stargell Gate and proceed to the entrance of the Left Field Lounge. Inform the Pirates attendant that you're heading to the Porch, and they will provide elevator access. Once upstairs, notify the security guard, who will guide you to the Porch walkway. Please note: this entrance is reserved for guests with ADA needs—everyone else should access the Porch via Section 238.
Picnic Park: Enter at the Center Field/Roberto Clemente Statue gate. Then please take a left and head down the steps towards the picnic tables in Picnic Park.
If you have anyone who needs ADA assistance, please have them enter through the Center Field/Roberto Clemente Statue gate. There is a wheelchair ramp that leads down into Picnic Park.
Skull Bar: Enter through the Right Field gates in Mazeroski cul-de-sac. Once inside the gate make your way up the stairs to the main concourse—the Skull Bar will be on your right.
Guests in premium suites and group hospitality spaces can order additional food and beverages during the game from a limited Event Day Menu. World Series Suite guests may order additional beverages only during the game. Each suite or hospitality space is serviced by a shared attendant who will assist with orders throughout the event.
Additionally, guests are welcome to bring food purchased from PNC Park concession stands and the Pittsburgh Baseball Club level back to their suite or hospitality space at any time during the game.
Gratuity is appreciated but entirely at the discretion of the guests.
