HOSPITALITY PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The holder is admitted on condition that constitute a revocable license to enter the facility and observe the baseball game and by use of this tickets, the holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the baseball game (including the pre-and post-game activities) to which this ticket admits them. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license. The holder grants permission to participate clubs and their agents to utilize holder’s image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video displayed or other transmissions or pre productions in whole or in part of the event to which this admits them. The license granted by this ticket may also be terminated by tendering to the holder the purchase price of this ticket. This ticket may not be used for advertising (including contest and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the expressed written consent of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, obnoxious, or unbecoming. The opportunity to purchase tickets is a privilege granted by the pirates and may be withdrawn at the Pirates discretion. Please note that all dates and times announced by the pirates and/or printed on the tickets are subject to change.

In the event of a game delay and the gates open, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled and your ticket will be valid only for the game date, no refunds, or exchanges. In the event of game cancellation and the gates open, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled, and your sales account executive will contact you to reschedule your game tickets. Inclusive food and beverage will not be provided for the rescheduled game date. In the event of a game cancellation and the gates do not open your sales account executive will contact you to reschedule game and event -tickets and inclusive food and beverage will not be refunded, and any additional catering will not be charged until the event takes place.

Introductions to our food and beverage partner Aramark will occur after the space is paid in full. Any additions/enhancements to your F&B package must go directly through Aramark. Any additional tickets added less than 7 business days before your game date will not be guaranteed food and beverage.

I agreed to have the full payment of my hospitality space paid forty-five (45) days in advance of my selected game date. I understand that my game tickets will be sent digitally and that my hospitality wristbands will not be mailed until full payment has been received. I understand that all food and beverage adjustments, including a start time adjustment must go through Aramark directly. I have read and understand the information in these terms. I understand that prior to the actual event my credit card information will be verified through a processing bank. If the credit card specified above is declined or invalid, I understand that any additional food or beverage purchased must be paid for at the point of sale with a valid credit card.

I have read and understand the policies associated with this purchase. All sales are final. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new event date. If the event is cancelled entirely, a full refund will be issued.
